Corrections
How an error is reported, and what the register does with it.
Every record carries a correction link with its code in the subject line. Corrections are read by the editor of this collection, not by a support desk, and a correction that names a document is acted on faster than one that names an opinion.
A corrected fact is changed in the register and the record says that it was corrected. Where the correction changes how a house is classified, it goes to The Resort Collection House as a proposal; this collection writes the text and does not decide the classification.
Codes are never reused and never quietly reassigned. A record withdrawn from the collection keeps its code, states that it was withdrawn, and says why — a retired card is part of the method, not a failure to hide.
